Forever Giving was founded in Sydney, Australia in 2015 by Pat Sergi OA, with a heartfelt mission to support locals facing tough times.

Pat Sergi
Founder
Pat Sergi OAM has spent over 37 years dedicated to philanthropy, making a lasting impact both locally and internationally. As founder and chairman of the Forever Giving Foundation, Pat continues his mission to support the most vulnerable in society.
His charitable journey began in 1988 with the Italian Affairs Committee, leading key fundraising efforts for community centres like the Joey Mittiga Centre and the Spastic Centre at Prairiewood. He later established the Paint a Rainbow Foundation, raising millions for causes including the Fred Hollows Foundation, Bali Bombings relief, and Father Chris Riley’s orphanage.
In 2017, Pat launched the Forever Giving Foundation, which has since supported families in crisis, survivors of domestic violence, disadvantaged youth, and those affected by COVID-19.
His dedication has earned him the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) and Honorary Life Membership of The Spastic Centre of NSW.
Pat’s legacy is one of compassion, leadership, and lasting generosity.
Raquel Manning
Director
Raquel Manning is a visionary leader, award-winning entrepreneur, and advocate for community impact and social justice. She is passionate about driving meaningful change, supporting vulnerable communities, and creating sustainable opportunities through leadership and action.
With three decades of experience in the construction and property industries, Raquel is recognised nationally and internationally for her entrepreneurial excellence, fostering innovation, inclusion, and meaningful industry transformation.
Raquel is a mentor, gender equity advocate, columnist and ambassador for Master Builders FLORENCE magazine, championing women in the construction sector. She is also an Ambassador for Women Building NSW and Women Changing the World.
Her community contributions include her former role as Public Relations Board Director and President of Rotary Wetherill Park, where she was honoured with the prestigious Paul Harris Award. As a Board Director of the Forever Giving Foundation, Raquel continues to empower communities, address critical social issues, and create lasting impact.
Frank Oliveri
Committee member
Frank Oliveri is a lifelong resident of Western Sydney and has spent most of his life serving the community.
Frank served 17 years as a Councillor on Fairfield City Council including terms as the Deputy Mayor and Acting Mayor, Frank was also elected on the Board of Director of Club Marconi (Top 20 Club in NSW) for 19 years.
Frank was also a Director of WSROC (Western Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils) for 4 years and served on the executive of the Local Government Association of NSW. Frank was previously appointed as a representative of the Liverpool City Council – Independent Hearing and Assessment Panel between 2008 and 2010. Frank was also appointed by the NSW Government to the Board of the Greater Western Sydney Economic Development Board, Small Business Development Corporation, Regional Development Australia Board (Greater Sydney) and the Board of the Property Services Advisory Council and Hume Community Housing and an Ambassador of The White Ribbon Foundation.
Frank is well known as a leading expert in the property industry serving 12 years at CBRE and 5 years at Colliers International as part of their Australian Senior Leadership teams.
Vince Ferraro
Committee member.
Vince Ferraro grew up in Edensor Park, attending St Johns Park Primary and Patrician Brothers Fairfield, where he excelled in sports including soccer, athletics, and rugby league—earning attention from NRL scouts before injury halted his progress.
He began his career at ANZ, quickly rising to supervisory roles in both data and branch operations. After six years in banking, Vince pursued small business, successfully running a supermarket and later a thriving distribution company, which he eventually sold.
His passion then turned to horse racing. After investing in shares through another syndicator, he was encouraged to start his own—Capri Racing & Syndication was born.
Focusing on quality over quantity, Vince averages two horses per year. His very first purchase placed third on Everest Day in a listed 2YO race. Since then, Capri Racing has won prestigious races including at the Magic Millions and recently the Muswellbrook Cup, securing a place in the $3 million Big Dance Final on Melbourne Cup Day 2025.
